We're looking for an Export Regional Manager - Europe & CIS for our client which is in production sector.

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in export sales and international business within the beverage industry.
• Professional fluency in English, sufficient to independently conduct negotiations, presentations and commercial correspondence.
• German, Russian or another relevant regional language alongside fluent English will be a plus.
• Demonstrable FMCG export sales and business development results in Europe and/or CIS.
• Proven experience in customer acquisition, market entry and recurring order generation.
• Strong understanding of export pricing, channel margins, Incoterms and international payment terms.
• Availability for regular international travel.
• Disciplined pipeline management and accountability for sales, profitability and collections.
• Direct experience with retail chains, including buyer negotiations, tenders, listings and supply requirements.
• Experience in sports nutrition, functional foods, healthy snacks or beverages.
• Experience developing convenience, petrol station, e-commerce or HoReCa channels.

• We are seeking a commercially driven professional with proven success in opening markets, acquiring customers, and converting opportunities into paid orders and recurring business.
• The candidate should bring established relationships with distributors, importers, wholesalers and retail buyers across Europe and CIS, alongside practical experience in distributor management, pricing, negotiations and sales forecasting.
